I’ve spent the last decade inside the engine rooms of supply chains, warehouses, and corporate operations, watching businesses struggle with the same problems over and over again—
Too much waste.
Too little time.
And a growing sense of “I’m working harder than ever, but I’m not getting ahead.”

As a Continuous Improvement Manager for a national logistics company, I’ve led hundreds of hours of kaizen events, coached teams through operational chaos, and built systems that helped businesses reduce costs, increase efficiency, and unlock growth.

But here’s what I realized:
Most small businesses don’t have access to this kind of thinking.
They’re expected to solve complex operational problems with duct tape and good intentions.
That’s not sustainable—and it’s not fair.

So I started Precision IMPACTS Consulting to bridge that gap.

Because helping people “get it” is what fills my cup.
I love teaching. I love simplifying. I love watching a lightbulb go off when a business owner realizes,

“Wait… I don’t have to keep doing it this way?”
 

My goal is to take the tools I use in corporate settings—Kaizen, TIMWOOD, SIPOC, root cause analysis—and make them simple, practical, and powerful for small businesses.
